Spacious villa with heated pool, trampoline and a lovely garden. There are good social areas both indoors and outdoors. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with fields outside. Close to Malmö and Copenhagen as well as Höllviken/Skanör/Falsterbo, which has some of Sweden's finest beaches. 4 bedrooms 1 large living room with dining table for 10 people and TV corner. 1 TV room with sofa bed 2 bathrooms/toilets Sleeps up to 10 people if you really use all the bed options. Recommended is 6-8 people. The space Spacious villa with plenty of space both in the garden, terrace with pergola, sunroom, living room, etc. There are many sleeping possibilities. Bedroom 1: (180 cm bed) Bedroom 2: (120 cm bed) Bedroom 3: (120 cm bed + pull-out 80 cm bed underneath. Bedroom 4: (120 cm bed) + bed chair. TV room: bed sofa 140 cm + bed armchair. There is also an inflatable 140 cm large air mattress + an extra mattress to put on the floor if desired. Bed linens and towels are included during the stay! Good connections with bus 600 meters from the villa (bus stop "Bruksvägen"). 15 minutes to Hyllie, where there are trains to Copenhagen. In Hyllie, there is also Emporia, which is one of Scandinavia's largest shopping centers. Guest access Access to heated pool (about 30 degrees) June-September. Access to laundry room in the basement with washer and dryer. Access to the entire villa. Other things to note I would recommend driving to the beach. But if you want to take the bus, it takes about 30 minutes to Höllviken beach with a change in Vellinge. If you want to cycle, the nearest beach is Klagshamnsstranden (about 13 km). We have beach chairs, beach blankets, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. Newly built school, soccer field with playgrounds within walking distance.
