Directly on Lake Idro with private beach, free private parking, cycle path that leads to Ponte Caffaro (about 2 km) or Anfo with bar/restaurants and kite surfing school and bike/canoe rental. In the period June/September there is also a boat for a mini cruise of the entire lake. You will find cycle paths, via ferratas, trekking. The space The house is located on the first and last floor of a residential complex and has a living area with sofa bed, table and chairs, large bathroom, separate kitchen with microwave, espresso machine (to be used with ground coffee - NO CAPSULES). Accessing the mezzanine you will find the double bedroom, with a reading and relaxation corner and the second bedroom with a very comfortable double sofa bed. It is possible to use the external green spaces shared with the other condominiums. Not recommended for those with mobility problems. Wi-Fi present, as well as Smart TVs in all rooms with Netflix, NOW TV and Prime video access. In the shared garden there are 2 pool loungers belonging to the apartment. Guest access The house is located on the first and last floor inside a residence therefore it is closed by an electric gate and, following the asphalt road, you reach the private beach, the entrance to the cycle path as well as being able to take advantage of the large common outdoor spaces, with garden and terrace overlooking the lake. In the garden you will find two deckchairs for exclusive use. Other things to note Small pets allowed upon request but there is an extra final cleaning cost of €50.
