The space The house has a living area with sofa bed, table and chairs, large bathroom, separate kitchen with microwave, espresso machine (to be used with ground coffee - NO CAPSULES). Accessing the mezzanine you will find the double bedroom, with reading and relaxation corner and the second bedroom with a very comfortable double sofa bed. Guest access The house is located inside a residence therefore it is closed by an electric gate and, following the asphalt road, you reach the private beach, in addition to being able to use the large common outdoor spaces, with garden and terrace overlooking the lake.
