All the pools are heated and the water park is indoors! You have fire pits, BBQs, playgrounds, zip line, mini golf, multiple heated pools, workout center and the views are fantastic! Everything from restaurants, hiking, shopping, grocery, entertainment are all between 5-15 mins away. The space This is a Full apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 pullout couch in the living room. Complete kitchen and laundry inside the unit. The kitchen has all china, silverware and tools for cooking inside or at one of the outside grills. Just bring your food and drinks. Guest access As our guest you will have all the same free access as an owner. This includes free water park for 4 persons. You will get all passes at check in time. Other things to note IMPORTANT 1. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT DATES MUST BE: * FRIDAY to FRIDAY * SATURDAY to SATURDAY * SUNDAY to SUNDAY This Unit is a 7 day rental only. 2. NOTE IF YOU BRING YOUR DOG: “Pet Fee” of $150 is NOT refundable (paid to the resort, NOT the Host). Their is also a “Pet Deposit” of $150 BUT that is not charged to your card unless there is damage to the unit. All PET FEES are done at CHECK IN AT RESORT NOT THRU AIRBNB APP.
