A serene retreat boasting the perfect blend of nature and comfort, our bespoke stone beach house is crafted from natural materials with a mix of stone, timber and large windows to magnify the direct ocean views. A unique property that makes you feel at home as soon as you step inside. Enjoy the soothing water views and the tranquility of the stone cottage surrounded by speciality Tasmanian timbers. Watch sea eagles, gulls and other bird life hover and swoop at eye level over the cliffs of Spectacle Head. There are a number of walking tracks to sheltered coves and with plenty of vantage points for capturing the perfect photographic moment. Whilst the surf beach, wildlife, and coastal garden add a touch of natural beauty to help you relax, unwind, and escape. Guest access Light and airy contemporary styled bedroom and bathroom (with laundry cupboard). Large kitchen with plenty of bench space, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and fridge. Downstairs a cosy family room with fireplace and dining area. Upstairs you’ll find a loft with high raked ceilings with exposed beams. This spacious area features floor to ceiling windows that capture the vast expanse of Frederick Henry Bay. There are decks on 3 sides with the south ideal for watching the early morning surfers, the eastern deck with table perfect for a relaxing breakfast while you make the most of the morning sun and the north facing deck overlooking the private gardens enjoying all day sun. The gardens wrap around the house and features a Bali hut where you can spend time winding down and enjoy watching the surf. You can enjoy a leisurely lunch in the stone walled courtyard surrounded by lavenders, daisies and native rosemary. At night relax around the fire pit and listen to the sounds of the surf.
