This cozy house in this charming village in the middle of nature and in this corner of France, a stone's throw from Switzerland, is ideal for meeting up with several couples of friends to share good times. The size, the layout of the rooms, the garden and the terraces allow you to get together and recharge your batteries. The space Accommodation with a spacious 60 m2 living room, not counting the open kitchen, allows you to meet together in the same place, without necessarily doing the same activities. This super spacious room is one of the things that differentiates this villa and will make the difference for successful reunions! The large openings let the light pass through in winter as well as summer and make you want to enjoy the outdoors, which is never very far away, or to look for where the squirrels have passed! Indoor and outdoor games are available, to be discovered with friends and family. The 5 bedrooms allow you to isolate yourself and rest. Everything is quiet and green. Guest access You will have access to the house, the garden, with soccer cage, trampoline, children's hut, and the jacuzzi too. The outdoor Jacuzzi is just for you. In fact, you are welcome to our home, and we hope you will be as comfortable as at home. There are no special rules, except perhaps to take off your shoes, and more particularly to access the upstairs. In the kitchen area: there is everything you need to cook, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker (bean) and also dishes and dishwasher, BBQ. Breakfast is not included. On the other hand, there is no problem, to help yourself with butter, jam that will be available. Other things to note A detailed description in the form of a treasure hunt will be communicated to you to facilitate check-in. You are 2 minutes from the center of the village. You are 10 minutes from Réclère, with its caves and prehistoric park. You are 20 minutes away from the Devil's footsteps in Saint-Dizier-l'Évêque for a 2-hour walk surrounded by mysteries and legends. You are 2 minutes from great walks.
