We live in a upscale, clean, safe neighbourhood. It’s very close to the transit bus stop. It’s on the North Hill looking over the Grand Valley & the rest of the City. We have a beautiful walking patches down the hill to the Coral Centre for all shopping needs. We have a little forest across the street with bike trails through out.
