The space The townhouse is conveniently located in University area within 5-10 minutes walking distance to UPenn, Drexel, USciences,subway station,CHOP, HUP, great restaurants and hot spots,coffee shops, movie theater, grocery stores, laundromat, wine & spirits, local beer, shopping, and more! Guest access Room B on the second floor. During your stay Please feel free to message me with any questions. Other things to note Free two hours parking on the same side of our house between 8am-6pm. Across the street of our house is totally free parking if you can find a spot. Weekends and night time are free parking .
