Top of the line home directly on the Ohio River! Location, location, location is waiting on your short or long visit. No cleaning fee, nor taxes from you! I pay it. No smoking in this home and if outside please dispose of properly. These are very old homes and they deserve respect. No parties. Just sit and watch the river and boats. Beth The space Built in 1835 this beautiful home is very welcoming. The Ohio River views are very entertaining, as you watch boats continually. Views from the deck and inside the home are great. You can walk to almost anything in the town. Directly across the street is the Our House. The city park is less than a two minute walk. The home welcomes all, but children must be watched due to the river, street and steps. It is preferred adults over 25 book. This home is a must if you are with jobs wishing to stay a while, or travelers wishing to visit Gallipolis, City of the Gauls. Guest access You will have access to the whole property. If using the riverfront steps, please use them with caution. We have no dock access, but the park front has some. The area boat club sometimes has openings for nights. Other things to note I just want to emphasize that this is a wonderful home to sit back and relax. Smoking, vaping or any other type of device is prohibited. Alcoholic beverages are permitted in moderation, but we ask not to be drinking around front. This is a family oriented neighborhood. There is an external camera in the doorbell. Guest over first two will be charged 25 per night per person. This cuts cost for less people. Cleaning fee and taxes are paid by me.
