Double room in end terrace house

One double room with double bed and large wardrobe. 1 bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Will be sharing the house with 1-2 guests at a time. The tram stop is 10-15 minute walk away, in total the commute is 30 minutes to get to Manchester City centre from the house. Storage in cellar for suitcases etc. On street parking, permit needed if leaving car Monday - Friday 8-5. 5 minute walk away from North Manchester general hospital. Other things to note All guests are to keep areas clean for each other. There are bins for recycling, the bins are collected every Wednesday.
