Private Cottage in Muskoka “Pine Tree Point”

“Pine Tree Point” cottage is located directly on Buck Lake with full privacy on both sides of the 1.5 acre property. It's fully insulated for year-round enjoyment on a year round road. It has 3 bedrooms, large dining table, a roomy and comfy sectional couch and recliner chairs with a view that will take your breath away. With both a sandy swimming area and a private point with dock, the property boasts 633 feet of gorgeous shoreline. Fifteen minutes to Huntsville. Excellent Wi-Fi. (Starlink) The space The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 "mud room" that can convert to a guest room. The warm white walls and laminate barn board floors make for easy living. The all-new king bed and bunk beds have extremely comfortable mattresses with new IKEA bedding. Large dining table. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave) with plenty of storage for food. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, plates and glassware for both indoor and outdoor dining as well as a BBQ located on a newly built deck with 6 Muskoka Chairs and a screened-in porch (summer) with additional seating for 6. There is a canoe and 2 kayaks (some lifejackets provided) for enjoying beautiful Buck Lake as well as a gorgeous winding river that will take you to a waterfall about a half an hour away. A large front and side lawn is perfect for outdoor games. Guest access The entire cottage is available for your use. Other things to note There are a ton of activities to do in the winter including snowshoeing, skating, cross country skiing and downhill skiing. Arrowhead Park offers skating by torch light at night, has beautiful cross country trails. Hidden Valley Resort is the local snowboarding / downhill skiing park.
