The space The suite is a corner suite primarily facing East (4 windows) and one North window in the primary bedroom. Flooring is tile throughout. There are in fact 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. There are options here on AirBnB of renting either just 1 or both bedrooms. In either case, the guest has exclusive use of the suite. If only booking 1 bedroom, then only 1 bedroom shall be used. Plenty of towels, closets w/ hangers, an air conditioning unit, kitchen is well supplied for cooking and entertaining, queen sized beds in each bedroom. Balcony includes a propane bbq and bistro set. Wifi included and a TV w/ Roku stick. Amenities in Building: 24 hour pool 24 fitness room Free laundry Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire suite. If the guest books the suite as a one bedroom, they will not use the second bedroom. Guests will have full access to building amenities according to the building rules and regulations: - 24 hour pool. - 24 hour fitness room. - Outdoor social area includes tables, chairs, barbecues and green space. - Assigned underground parking stall included. Other things to note - Check in is 4:00 p.m. until 8:55 p.m. Outer doors lock at 9pm. Special arrangements in advance if running late. - Check out is by 10:00 a.m. - Underground parking stall 38 included. - Exterior doors to building auto-lock at 9:00 p.m. Guests must arrive before this time to call host on intercom in foyer and get buzzed into the building. Keys for building, parkade and suite will be inside suite. Once you have the keys, you will have access to the building after 9pm, even when the doors auto lock.
