Guest access The whole property is yours to access for your entire stay Other things to note NO PARTY POLICY NO SMOKING Property is on tank water - be considerate with water usage Septic tank on the property - no foreign objects to be put into toilets NOTE – FOR PETS: * All pets - NOT ALLOWED ON BEDS OR FURNITURE (extra charges will apply if damage has occurred) * Guest must provide your own pet travel bedding * Guest must clean up after their pets in the backyard (all droppings to be collected and binned in seperate bags in the main rubbish bins - not inside the property) NOTE: Rear yard is not fenced.  If you pet requires containment, please bring your own tethering device.  Alternatively, the front deck is gated, with railing spacing that meets child safety standards. NOTE: The property is located on the hillside in amongst nature!
