The space The room is located on the 2nd floor of A. T. Javellana building. It is one of 5 private rooms of The Virginia Inn. The room is a newly renovated, modern, spacious room with its own bathroom, furnished with a full size bed, bedside lamps, good Wifi, a study or working table, chair, tv and airconditioner and has ample closet space. The room is big enough to accommodate another single mattress ( for a fee) but maintaining a full size bed will be much comfortable. The property is located just across the Lapaz Market, on the Rizal St. side, just walking distance to Jolly Bee, Andok's chicken,Grand Dame Hotel, JD Bakeshop & other stores where guests can eat and not have to worry about cooking or where to eat. Shops like a beauty salon, RD Pawnshop, drugstore, Optical, Dental office, Krispy Chicken, Phone repair shop are on the 1st floor of the building. Gaisano, BDO, Metro bank are companies that are all all about 5 minutes walk away. Guests have easy access to public transportation. The room is complete with hot & cold shower, tv, wifi, desk/table and chair. Towels, linens and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will feel safe and comfortable in our property.
