Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 50 minutes to Tampa 90 minutes to Orlando 15 minutes to Weeki Wachi Springs State Park The space Spacious and open 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a pool! Guest access Laundry room is available - camera in laundry room for safety. Please do NOT disconnect. Outdoor cameras monitoring surrounding areas around the house. Garage is NOT available for use. Please do not try to access. Other things to note Please respect our house and house rules. *Parties are NOT permitted* Please do not smoke/vape, as this is a non smoking property. Failure to follow this house rule will result in an additional charge for cleaning fee and will be considered damage to the house. Do not disconnect or tamper with security camera in laundry room. This is put there for safety. For privacy, please keep laundry room door closed. Do not touch or tamper with WiFi cable/cord/box. Mondays and Thursdays are trash days, please pull trash can up to front of the driveway the night before. Please keep front exterior lights on. Please keep remotes near tv it belongs to. Couch does NOT recline.
