3BD/Sleeps 8 - cozy cottage + lake view and access

Lake views! Lake Access! Kayaks and games…. Come gather with friends and family at this cozy cottage by the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee with a lake view, take a short walk into town for some ice cream (summer only), or visit our local coffee shop, multiple restaurants or cute shops. Get out on the lake with some kayaks or fish off the (public) dock. Make memories around the campfire or playing games. We’ve got plenty of movies for those rainy days or wind-down evenings. The space This house is 3 bedrooms and 1.25 bath. There is also an additional sleeper/couch (single) in the back entry area which is a separate space but connected off the master bedroom. There are two AC units on opposite ends of the house for cooling + ceiling and portable fans. there is a great local public beach 1.25 mi away + walking distance to local shops, coffee shop, ice cream (summer weekends only), bakery, restaurants. Guest access Full access to the entire home, exceptions: garage, back shed, cellar/crawl space. Other things to note The lake access is located directly across the street via public access with pier as well — not a beach entry (ideal for paddling, floating and fishing).
