Shediac - Downtown Loft Retreat

Welcome! First, thank you for considering our loft for your stay in Shediac this Summer. This separate room above our garage has been renovated in summer 2021. Our home is one of the few heritage houses in the area and offers a lovely view of our flowers and gardens. This bright and beachy themed loft is located in a peaceful neighborhood, close to all that Shediac has to offer; 5-12 min walk to restaurants and shops and a 5 min drive to Parlee Beach. Moncton is also only 20 min away. The space Our loft has a separate private entry, large open room with a living area, private bathroom and 1 queen size bed. It also has a small separate cozy balcony for your relaxing evenings outside. You will have all the loft by yourself! What to expect: -Inviting room with Queen bed -Mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker -Dining table/workspace -Coffee & Tea -Keyless Entry -Parking Spot -Roku TV (no cable) and free WIFI -3 piece bathroom (shower, no bathtub) Our loft is perfect for solo travelers or couples that enjoy a quiet environment to recharge during a much-deserved vacation. Other things to note Important notes: -There is no cable television. There is a TV with Wifi and a Chromecast to broadcast your shows, streaming sites and other apps etc. -Please review our house rules prior to booking; by agreeing to the house rules, guest agrees that violation of the house rules can result in immediate eviction from the property and the guest will not be entitled to a partial or full refund and will be financially responsible for any and all damages regardless of the length of stay. - We know these past years can cause some worry for some while traveling, but please rest assured everything is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in our loft after each stay.
