The apartment is five years old, and the host lives on the property with their family pets. The home sits on 2.8 acres surrounded by a protected marsh, a local recreational park, and a Disc Golf course. The house shares a driveway easement with the Disc Golf Course, which provides miles of walking trails co-mingled with the Disc Golf Course. This apartment is close to downtown Grand Rapids, approximately 11 miles from the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, and closer to shopping and dining along Alpine Avenue or the Cedar Springs/Rockford areas. Guest access The apartment has its front door to the right of the main house entrance. Enter from the circle drive/fountain side of the home. Other things to note Some dogs will greet you on the property; they are the beloved pets of the hosts. The home shares a driveway with Sparta Recreational Park; take the entrance back to the dirt road, and keep going to the house.
