Welcome to this spacious and serene space. The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library. The space The quiet apartment is a large room, spacious and bright thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and mirrors. It is modernly furnished (up to 4 beds, desk, espresso bar, vintage wardrobe, sports equipment, TV, Wi-Fi, games). The private bathroom with marble shower is stocked with many towels and free toiletries. Free bedding and beverages from the refrigerator make guests happy. There is a wallbox for electric cars that guests are welcome to use by arrangement. Guest access You go through the garage, through the open glass door, down the stairs and then left. Be careful, there is a cable on a step after the small window. I leave the light on the stairs in the evening, but you have to turn it off downstairs, but please then turn it off inside. If something is wrong, I am also available late. Feel free to write if anything should happen. Other things to note Discover the many possibilities of this beautiful region between Lohmar, Overath and Rösrath. Play a round of golf at nearby Golf Club Schloss Aue or take an e-bike over the mountain ranges of the Bergisches Land and enjoy the picturesque views over the Rhineland. The Wahner Heide is also a worthwhile destination for nature lovers. Enjoy cozy beer gardens in country inns, try regional products in the surrounding farms or modern star cuisine in nearby restaurants. Shopping in nice and peaceful town centers is not too far away. Also noteworthy is the good connection to the cities of Cologne, Bonn, Siegburg: by bus and train or via the highway you are quickly in the city center, in one of the numerous museums, at major sporting events or cultural events.
