The apartment itself is located on the ground floor of the Adriatic Sea (green) building and is your spacious home away from home. The beautifully decorated 1 bedroom includes a super king bed with memory foam mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers for your items, with doors available to open onto the terrace. The bathroom includes both a hand-held and rainfall shower, alongside an anti-mist mirror, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. A fully fitted open plan kitchen with cooking utensils, condiments and of course the essentials; tea and coffee, leads on to the spacious living room. Books, DVDs and UK TV channels are available for your entertainment with options to eat inside or dine alfresco on the large terrace, protected from the sun. Air conditioning / heating & free wifi are also included. On arrival, you will find an apartment guide which we’ve put together showcasing local attractions, restaurant and bar recommendations and a list of useful contact details. The one bedroom apartment includes access for two people to the rooftop sun decks. Pools/jacuzzis, sunbeds and seating areas are available across the rooftops which are interlinked by walkway bridges. The pools and jacuzzis are seasonal (between Easter to October) and therefore not heated. Access to the rooftops is however available all year round. During severe weather periods, access to the rooftops can be restricted for safety reasons. Please note smoking and drinking alcohol is not permitted on any of the rooftop decks. The access cards to the rooftop pools only work through the Adriatic Sea building, where our Airbnb is located. This can be accessed by lift to the 2nd floor and then two small flights of stairs. ***In case you need a more accessible route to the rooftop terraces (without stairs), please contact in advance so that we can organize access cards through an alternative building which provides a direct lift service to the rooftop terraces.*** Other things to note The apartment is decorated with items from all over the world, if you’re interested in finding out more, you can see details of this within our Guest Welcome booklet. The only additional charge to be made aware of is the Gibraltar Tourist Tax which is £3 per person, per night. This should be paid on arrival.
