The space The house is privately owned by our family, it serves as a family center and is regularly used by us. The property offers a particularly homely ambience due to its private character. We take great care to ensure that the furnishings in the house are functional, clean and complete. The separate granny flat in the basement and the garden are permanently rented. The house is preferably suitable for families and for relaxation, offers plenty of space, underfloor heating, a familiar environment and cooking is especially fun in the fully equipped kitchen! The house is divided into an upper floor with 3 bedrooms, 3 double beds and a single bed, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, separate toilet and terrace. The terrace is in front of the house and can be used, for example, for breakfast in the morning sun or a barbecue evening. In the basement there is only a utility room with washing machine. The other rooms in the basement are private. House is professionally cleaned before and after each stay, including fresh linens and towels. The cleaning fee has been deliberately kept moderate to allow guests a fair total price - without compromising on cleanliness and comfort. Guest access You have free access to all the rooms described and we hope you enjoy using them. Some rooms in the basement, some cupboards (with "private" signs) in the living and dining room and the garage are private. Out of respect and consideration, we ask you not to open these cabinets.
