It is located on the same property as the owner, but has it's own entrance. It is up a flight of stairs, so not suitable for someone that has difficulty with stairs. It has a patio and barbeque specifically for the use of the guest only, but a shared fenced pool. The patio is about 5 m away from the stairs to the room. This space offers comfort & privacy. It has air conditioning. It is a 1 bed, 1 bathroom place with the option of either one extra-length king size or 2 single beds. A fully equipped kitchen is part of the room as well as a study desk with printing on request. For the convenience of guests, all basic condiments needed for cooking are provided as part of the unit No problems with load shedding due to solar energy. Secure off-street undercover parking with extra security (electric fence, beams, security company & panic buttons) We are close to the Gautrain bus route, 2.5km from Hyde Park Shopping Centre, Rosebank Shopping Centre & the Gautrain, & 6km from Sandton CBD.
