No Vaccine Card needed. 2 SEPARATE BEDROOMS with a Total of 6 Beds for the Two Condo Units. Both Condominiums has 1 Queen Bed each and 1 Pull Out Bed each and 1 sofa bed each in the living room. We also provide fresh high-quality sateen bedsheets with duvets from Ikea (both in the Queen beds and Sofa beds.) There are 2 wardrobe cabinets to store guests’ clothes and belongings. There are also 2 vanity tables which can also be used as a working table. It also has blocked out curtains, 2 irons & 2 ironing boards. The 2 side-by-side balconies has big open space with good view of the amenities/ pool and a great place to relax for fresh air and coffee while sitting in the chairs or just standing. 2 LIVING ROOMS has two 55 inch Smart TV's with Netflix, Youtube and GMA TV, 2 Sofa Beds, 2 chandeliers with ceiling fans, 2 air purifiers for cleaner air. 2 DINING ROOMS has 2 Dining tables with 4 dining chairs on each condo to accommodate 8 guests. 2 KITCHENS: Fully equipped with basic cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, wine glasses and cooking necessities. 2 WASHERS: Spin dry only therefore clothes will come out damp. Hanging clothes in the balcony is not allowed. But for guests convenience, there is Washore Laundromat at the ground floor of Shore 2. 2 BATHROOMS: Also has hot and cold showers, 2 Bidets, 2 Towel Racks, Towels and 2 Hair Dryers. Please present to the Security Guard the approved Guest Authorization Forms from the Admin to be sent to you by the host. Early Check-in and Late Check Out are subject to availability. There are security guards manning the property 24/7 so you will always feel safe and secure.
