Our home is perfect for relaxing with the whole family or a group of friends, situated in the village of Newtown, with a pub opposite. There is plenty to do, Newbury is within a couple of miles, with fantastic rail routes / only 39 minutes to London. The stunning market town Hungerford is a 15 minute drive, with antique shops, cafes, pubs and walks along the canal. Highclere Castle, where Downton Abbey was filmed is a 10 minute drive away. There are multiple walks around us in AONB. The space Our lovely grade 2 listed home offers fabulous space for families and friends, enabling you to be comfortable, relax and have fun in a great space. It boasts an impressive hall leading into a wonderful sitting room with a 55inch tv and lots of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need including a 4 door Range-master electric oven, the kitchen leads out onto the paved area of the garden where there is seating and an outdoor fire. The dining room has a table that can seat 8-10 comfortably and an additional tv and seating area, with lovely views of the garden. One huge bedroom with super king bed, tv and sofa leading onto landing with bathroom. One bedroom with a king bed overlooking the garden, with it's own sink. One bedroom with super king or two single bed configuration, overlooking the garden with masses of wardrobe space. One bedroom that can be set up as a one bed and a cot or opened up to two singles with a trundle bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and separate shower, the other with a shower. The garden is beautiful and very private, with a grade 2 listed wall on one side and an abundance of flowers and trees. Guest access The entire house will be yours for your stay, you can park at the front or the back.
