We are located just 2.3 miles from the Buffalo Airport, 10 miles from Downtown Buffalo, 14 Miles from the Bills Stadium, and 24 Miles from Niagara Falls. We are pet friendly and have a large fenced in backyard. The space The beautiful ranch is perfect for a family vacation to Buffalo! Close to the City as well as the airport. This house has a room just for the kiddos with a set of bunkbeds and a trundle. There is a huge backyard - plenty of room to stretch those legs after your journey here! Newly upgraded with new appliances and washer and dryer onsite- this is perfect for your family. Guest access Guests will be given an access code on the day of check in. The code is private and changed for each reservation. Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. Other things to note All of our properties have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and our property. We do not allow gatherings at any of our properties. There is also a noise decibel monitor to ensure that there were no loud guests. We don't like to disturb our neighbors!
