Peaceful villa in the jungle, 3 Ensuite Bedrooms

Our tranquil house is off the beaten track, in a quiet, beautiful rural setting. It benefits from being a 10 minute drive from the main coast road, where there is plenty of hustle and bustle, food shops and cafes. There are two small, local shops within 3-4 minutes drive from the house for basics. Just 1.5 hours from Colombo airport by car, along a speedy new highway. We can arrange to collect you from the airport for an additional fee. The space Our air conditioned bedrooms have large beds with comfortable mattresses all with en-suite shower rooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a wonderful private balcony overlooking the pool and jungle beyond. You can expect an eclectic mix of antiques, an open plan kitchen and sitting area all open to the garden with large shutters. Wifi and international plug sockets. Ceiling fans are throughout, the kitchen and sitting area are not air conditioned. Wildlife regularly comes through the gardens including resident peacocks and monkeys. Guest access You will have free use of three of our bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, sitting area and the private garden and pool. We do also have an outbuilding with a washing machine. Tharindu will be happy to help with your washing if required. Other things to note Please be aware that the property is our home from home and whilst we won't be there personally our own possessions and collections of antiques and natural history decorate the house.
