Description
Two large, characterful double bedrooms with stylish en-suites, set in an historic elm-clad barn in the Warwickshire countryside. The Barn, just beyond our family home, Church Cottage, opens onto a footpath leading to a meadow playground and allotments. Each room has its own unique style, furnished with vintage finds and handmade pieces. You might meet our resident florist, who works from a separate studio in The Barn. The space The Barn is a spacious, two-storey converted building with parking for two cars at the end of a long, private drive. It has its own patio-terrace garden, accessed via large glass doors from a cosy living room. The interior is full of character, with thoughtful details and a warm, homely feel. The bedrooms are large and inviting, and the rest of the space is designed for comfort and calm. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of: A fully equipped kitchen A small living room with Smart TV A downstairs loo Two large double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite A roll-out chair-bed in the living room (sleeps a fifth guest) The Barn is fully self-contained. The adjoining florist studio has separate access and a locked connecting door to ensure your complete privacy. Optional extras: With advance notice, the florist studio may be available to hire for a quirky dinner party experience or as a creative space for workshops. Ask for details! While we keep the space clean, we can’t promise a 100% allergen-free environment. If you're highly allergic or not a cat person, we may not be the best fit. Food & Drink No Deliveroo/Uber Eats here – takeaway options are 3–5 miles away. Our local pub serves excellent lunches and evening meals. We offer a help-yourself breakfast as an optional extra (see “Extras”). Florist Studio & Flowers Lois, our in-house florist, welcomes curious visitors! If you’d like fresh flowers in your room or as a gift, let us know ahead of your stay. She also runs seasonal workshops – from Easter bouquet-making to DIY bridal and flower-picking afternoons. Details online at Little Garden Flowers. Furnishings for Sale Much of the décor – vintage or handmade – is available to buy. If something catches your eye, just ask for its story and price.
