Capitola Village Wind + Sea Home

Our beautifully renovated 2 bedroom (Both upstairs) and 2 full bathrooms (One on the ground floor and one on the upper floor) along with a ground floor plush queen sleeper sofa and ground floor great room with dining for 7 plus a bar table separating the kitchen from the living room is in the perfect location. Walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, or a nice walk along the river. We are right in the Capitola Village. We hope you enjoy your stay. If you have questions, we respond promptly. The space This is a private home with 2 queen beds and queen sleeper sofa and full kitchen. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, a surfboard, and a boogie board along with a beach wagon. The washer and dryer are located at the end of the kitchen. The two parking spaces directly in front of the unit are for your use. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably. Other things to note Note: There is Construction happening on the neighboring property adjacent to our home. Although this is temporary the City does allow construction between the hours of 7:30am to 9pm M-F and 9am to 4pm on Sat. No construction allowed on Sundays. Be aware that there could be construction noise occurring during these hours. If that is not acceptable to you we look forward to having you join us once their construction is complete. We will update this note as they progress, sorry for the inconvenience. Our home does not accommodate animals, service animals or ESA's, due to allergies. There is a ramp to the front door, and the ground floor bathroom is wheel chair accessible.
