Our House has established itself in 2024 as an excellent option for small groups who wish to stay from 7 to 30 days. A rustic house with Cariri stone floors and solid wood furniture that balance with its cozy lighting. It has an upper terrace with an external bathroom and a garage with capacity for two vehicles. We have packages with progressive promotions with nights over 3 nights. Check out our packages. NOTE: In the case of an electric vehicle, energy is charged separately. Espresso coffee maker (Nespresso) Electric shower in both bedrooms - Clothes iron -1 trunk in each room - Table for up to 6 people - Suite 1 with Queen bed + auxiliary single bed (air conditioning) -Suite 2 reversible for living room with Queen bed (air conditioning) -Utility area with washing machine -Upper terrace with bathroom -External shower - Board support Side corridor with access to the rooms We provide: bed sheets and pillows, towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms. (Max 5 people); The house has a security system with electric fence + Concertina and cameras in external areas Guest access Guests have full access to the house, except the pantry with organizational items and personal items. Other things to note - privileged location to 500 meters from the main beach and 300 meters from the center of Preá. -Access to the house on a wide sandy street close to the main avenue. -Access using any type of vehicle.
