Remodeled 2022 coastal themed one bedroom 650 sq ft Cottage retreat will give you privacy and access to the lake. Bring your kayaks / canoe for easy access, or jetski / boat. Dock on canal and/or use the sandy beach area just to pull your water craft up on the shore line. The Property has it's own patio and grilling area. A large common area screened in barn has a 65" TV with Dinning for 8, including a wicker seating for family gatherings. There is also a large fire pit for night time fun You will find our beautiful cottage ON the Lake. You will feel safe and secure with our property location and the black topped driveway allows for you can park all of your toys (boats, RVs, campers, motorcycles, ATVs, etc.). If you're feeling adventurous, you can drive your ATV to local nature trails in the beautiful Ocala National Forest. The house is right on the Lake Kerr. can't say it enough and a quick 5 minute boat ride to the Huffman's Island where locals all gather for the beautiful sand bottom beach on this private lake. Or transport your boat to the Salt Springs boat launch and its a tranquil ride down the salt springs to lake George. Then 15 minutes to the Silver Glenn Springs. Both of our two bedroom, or one bedroom cottages are newly updated with comfortable living room furniture, beds, and cozy linens. You can enjoy wireless internet access (login information in the living room) throughout the home.
