The space This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, an open-plan living and dining area, and views across the protected wetlands from nearly every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and breakfast bar seating. The living room has mid-century furnishings including Eames-style seating, a large sectional, and a wall-mounted TV. Both bedrooms have queen beds and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom includes a small work desk. The bathroom has been recently updated with subway tile and a walk-in shower. In warmer months, window units and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable. In winter, baseboard and gas wall heat provide warmth. Outside, the yard opens to unobstructed wetland views with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, and a picnic table. The bay beach is directly across the street. Fast Wi-Fi and multiple work-friendly spots throughout. Well-suited for remote work or an extended creative retreat. Rental Permit #24-0692 Multiple nearby homes available for group bookings. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Not applicable for HVMB guests. Guest Insurance: A guest insurance policy is included with your booking.
