This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located in a small residence on the 1st floor, overlooking the lake, a direct path takes you there from the parking lot (see photo). A few kilometers away, the Val Louron station. A shuttle stop takes you to Skyvall to Peyragudes station. A private ski locker in a shared local. Many activities nearby both in winter and summer: Balnéa, trail, hiking, hiking or biking, Ludéo... The space We fell in love with the valley in 2021, and after a year we found this property that we totally renovated with our own hands. The apartment consists of a living room with six seating, around a central table, with an equipped kitchen. A room offers a 140x190 bed and dressing room The mezzanine consists of a 90x190 bunk bed and two 80x200 beds, possibility to unite them to form a 160 x 200 bed. In the entrance you will find a closet to store your coats and shoes. Guest access You have access to the complete apartment and the ski room that is in the residence, accessible from the outside near the parking lot. Other things to note Just so you know, electricity is an extra fee, i.e. when you arrive, the electric meter is photographed, as well as at the end of your stay. The price per kWh is €0.19 You can request the cleaning option for the end of your stay upon your arrival in the amount of €60. A cleaning deposit will be required upon arrival if you do not take the option. It will be withheld if cleaning is not done. A deposit of €500 will be required upon your return to the accommodation. It will be returned to you if no damage in the apartment is found. Linens and towels not provided, possibility to rent on request. Note that any arrival after 8 p.m., results in an extra concierge of €50. Thanks
