4-room apartment with garden, close to S-Bahn & tram

Take over our apartment with great access to public transport and parking in front of the door - Find a new oasis of well-being in Nuremberg with your family. The space The accommodation is our 4-room ground floor apartment, which we rent out when we are traveling ourselves. Feel at home and use the rooms just for yourself: - Large living and dining room - Bedroom with desk - Children's room - Bath - WC - Large garden The following sleeping options are available: - Bedroom: double bed for 2 people, 2 x 1.80 m - Children's room: bunk bed with 2 single beds for 1 person each, 2.00 m x 0.90 m - Living room: sofa for 2 people, approx. 2 x 1.60 m If needed, we can provide an air mattress. For 6 people we have bed linen, for more than 6 people please bring your own sleeping bags or similar. The office with sofa beds is currently NOT available Please note that the apartment is usually occupied by a family. Small children are no problem and there is enough space and toys for the free minutes in the apartment. You are welcome to use this. Please let us know if anything breaks. In the kitchen, things like vinegar and oil, spices, tea, ketchup, etc. may be used. If you use other things (such as pasta, spreads), please refill them at the end of the stay. The apartment or house is old, the insulation is correspondingly poor and the floor is cold. It is heated in winter and there are carpets almost everywhere, but it does not get above 19-20 degrees. Bring warm clothes and help yourself to the slippers in the entrance area. Guest access via the main entrance to the house Other things to note There is no private parking at the house, but there are always parking spaces available on the street - ideal for simply leaving the car and exploring Nuremberg by public transport.
