Our residence offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, serene comfort, and a touch of history, making your stay in Sydney truly unforgettable. Ideal for family gatherings or a peaceful retreat. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the garage. Treat the house as your own home. You can use anything in the house, like the kitchen, fridge, and washing machine. Please clean your own dishes and the appliances. Extra cleaning charges from $60 onwards will be applied if appliances are found to be uncleaned. Parties and events are not allowed and no noise after 10pm. NO smoking is allowed and smoking will have a penalty of $450. Before checking out, please ensure lights and AC are switched off and the entrances and exits are locked. Other things to note Check-in: The check-in is a self-check in. To check in, there will be a key safe at the door and you will receive the pin a day before your arrival. Loss of Keys: You will be charged $280 for the loss of a set of keys.
