The Guest Room is a spacious (8.5 x 13 ft) + bright bedroom in owners property and has just undergone a complete refurbishment. The room has level access, a junior double divan bed, built in wardrobes with ample storage space, drawers, bedside cabinet + 2 touch lamps. One of the lamps has 2 usb charging ports. I also provide 2 full sets of towels, bath mat and robe, hairdryer/heat mat, radio/cd player, fan, laundry basket + complimentary toiletries. Guest sink + storage in bathroom. The space Bright, sunny and cosy double room which measures 8.5 x 13 feet (available floor space), located to the rear of the property. The room consists of a junior double divan bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, comfy chair, ample wardrobe space with hangers provided and 2 touch lamps (one with usb charging ports). I also provide a bathrobe, slipper sox, hot water bottle, eye mask, torch, hairdryer and heat mat (for heated hair styling items). I supply 2 full sets of bath sheets and towels, hand and face cloths, bath and shower mats. I also supply spare bed linen and a throw for the bed. The room itself can accommodate a 3 or 4 wheeled walking aid and a standard wheelchair (space restricted at foot of bed). For guests with restricted mobility, there is level access via a stairlift to the first floor landing (carpeted) and to the main bathroom (non slip vinyl flooring) and guest room which is located next door to the bathroom. The bathroom comprises of a large quadrant shower cubicle, separate spa bath (spa may be used with hosts consent) and toilet with support rails. The host can supply a bathchair upon request. There is a double sink/drawer unit with large double mirrored storage cabinet. Guests may use the left hand sink and storage above. Guest access Kitchen, main bathroom, guest dining room/lounge and rear garden. During your stay I am normally at home but when out, available by phone/text message. Other things to note I also rent out The Loft Room to a single long term tenant, therefore the kitchen, main bathroom and guest dining room/lounge will be shared spaces.
