It's a space to laugh, share, and create memories that stay. The space 🏡 The house Casa Verano Solar is a two-level house, spacious, cool and designed for sharing. On the first floor, a generous corridor connects the rooms and social areas, allowing air to circulate naturally and spaces to stay cool throughout the day. On this same level you will find an auxiliary bathroom for added convenience. 🎯 First Floor – Shared Spaces 🎲 Play area A perfect space to laugh, compete, and spend time together: • Table tennis table • Pool Table • Foosball • The traditional game of the toad Ideal for children, young people and adults. 🍳 Kitchen Spacious, comfortable and fully equipped, designed so that you can prepare your favorite dishes without limitations, whether for a family meal or a special plan with friends. 🍽 Dining room A space designed to gather around the table: • Main table with 16 seats • Side tables that allow the space to be expanded to 16+ seats, depending on the group This is where long conversations and shared memories are born. 🛋 Living area A place to rest and enjoy: • Smart TV with DirecTV • HBO and FOX premium channels • Two comfortable sofas • Coffee table Perfect for ending the day with a movie or a good group plan. 🛏 Rooms – First floor On this level you will find two spacious rooms, each with capacity to accommodate more than 8 people, ideal for large groups or families. • Each room has a private bathroom with shower • Air conditioning in each room (reasonable use per guest) Comfort and rest guaranteed. 🛏 Second floor – Rest and views Upstairs, you'll find: • Master bedroom with private bathroom • Additional room • Social bathroom in the hallway The master bedroom has: • TV with DirecTV • HBO and FOX premium channels Both rooms have a balcony, perfect for enjoying the view, the light and the tranquility of the surroundings. You as guests have access to all the areas of the house, which have been described in the information above. The relationship with guests is to always be available to support your stay at the house, so our commitment as a host is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We recommend keeping the following in mind: 1. We are not liable for VALUABLES or MONEY*. 2. Each guest must be organized and careful with their belongings and other items they carry with them. 3. If guests carry cash, it is recommended that they assume full custody of it during their stay at our home. Note: our staff is completely trustworthy, however leaving valuables at hand can generate an opportunity that would not be pleasant for either party. We are not responsible for what you as guests bring to the property. IMPORTANT. In the house we have safe deposit boxes in each room where you can safely keep custody of your valuables while you are enjoying the reservation.
