Recently upgraded and fully furnished, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home has a modern farmhouse feel, and sleeps 8 people. The space The spacious family room features beautiful painted wood trimmed paneling, with high ceilings and central AC/ heating throughout. This home also has ultra fast internet connection, and Smart TVs in both the living room and master bedroom. The white farmhouse kitchen has a lovely window seat and kitchen nook with fully equipped appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed in a fully functional kitchen. A full functioning laundry room attached to the kitchen also features additional counter space and a wine fridge. The spacious Master bedroom features its own gas fireplace, on-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, private bathroom tub, separate walk-in steam shower, and toilet room. Enjoy the beautiful spacious swimming pool/spa (non- heated) on those warm hot Texas days, and some BBQ time out on the patio (additional $25 fee to use - includes gas and cleaning). Use of the fire pit is included in this fee. Quail Creek Hollow is the perfect location for scouting the DFW area if you’re in the market to purchase a new home, or needing to visit family for the holidays, attend a wedding, work from home/teleworkers or for a serene get away. This charming home is only 30 minutes from the city of Dallas, 40 minutes to DFW and DAL, and 8 minutes from Lake Lavon with hiking and fishing. Wylie ISD is rated one of the highest performing school districts in the DFW area, and is an A+ school district. This space is available for long term rentals (up to 3 month periods) or Additional Living Expenses (ALE) insurance related payout coverage during disaster home repairs. Please contact for more information.** Guest access Guests have full access to the home except the garage. This space will be locked for security purposes by the owner. Th owner may visit the property in the garage area only as it is his workspace/shop area. Though our goal is to make your stay as private as possible. Please enjoy full access to the pool all season long. Guests are allowed to park in front of the home. Please do not block the mailbox. 15 feet clearance on either side is requested by the post office. Do know there is a $20 additional guest fee per night beyond the 2nd guest. This keeps the nightly base price for couples or small groups low. Additional fees beyond the second guest covers utilities, extra linens, towels, toiletries, etc. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about this policy. Other things to note A QR code will be provided on the wall as you walk in the entryway for all guests to access. This code will lead to a catalog of topics to explore; the in's and out's of the home, recommendations to local restaurants/wineries/distilleries, school district information, grocery store options, gas, churches, and other popular places to visit in the DFW area. As a thank you for being choosing Quail Creek Hollow during your stay in Wylie, please enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine located on the kitchen counter. Additional services may be requested during your stay for an additional fee: * Breakfast/Brunch (homemade muffins, quiche, fresh fruit, orange juice/champagne) for an additional fee * Floral arrangements for special occasions (anniversary, birthdays, holidays, etc.) * Gift Baskets - birthday, anniversaries *Planning/Assistance for special occasions Please note that there will be an additional $25 fee to use the BBQ (covers gas usage and cleaning). Fire pit is also included in this fee. This is a one time fee for your entire stay. Please contact owner for usage. There is also an additional guest fee of $20 per guest per night beyond the second guest. This keeps the nightly price for couples or small groups low.
