Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and centrally located place. New well-appointed apartment. This unit has two bedrooms and is suitable for a family or 2 couples. This unit is on the second floor accessed via stairs. Ten minutes walk from the plaza of El Tuito. Restaurants and stores are nearby. Roof top access. Safe, secure location. The apartment is fully furnished and everything needed for a tranquil stay in magical, historical El Tuito. (Extended stay options available.) The space Unit B is on the second floor of a two-unit apartment building. The apartment is near main streets, but is located on a quiet street. There is a rooftop common area shared with unit 'A' guests. Please use the rooftop area at your discretion. There is a hand-washing laundry and a small patio off of the kitchen. Guest access Lock box is located to the right of the main entrance. Lock box code will be available at time of check in. There is a light switch located to the right of the entrance just inside the garage.Please respect unit A (lower unit) space. The garage is for Unit A. Note unit B is a upstairs unit. Please take care of the apartments keys. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIER LOST! Charges will incur for lost keys. Please turn off air conditioners when you leave the apartment. Other things to note We have made many improvements over the past year. We have upgrade the roof top patio with a full wire barrier. A structure to offer shade. There are 2 hammocks for you to use. If they are not up please feel free to connect them. Both bedrooms now have air condoning. Please keep the windows closed when in use and turn off the units when you leave the apartment.
