Should you misplace your keys, please contact a locksmith and the associated costs starting from AU$500 will be your responsibility. An additional fee for replacement keys and fob will be applicable if their loss is confirmed. ● CHECK-OUT: When checking out, please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. ● DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage and any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean. ● PARTY: Parties are strictly prohibited.
