Inspired by Shelter Island, located in Suffolk County, New York, where Chef Will, owner of Room4Dessert and his wife had their honeymoon, this is a rendition of their memories. With splashes of vibrant retro colors, featuring mainly red, yellow, blue, green and lime expressed in different art forms.
