Fresh air and back to nature. Imagine a tiny but comfortable hotel room in a rural setting. You'll hear roosters crow as the sun rises. Take a walk on a moonless cloudless night, and you may see stars. This 190 sq. ft. tiny house is a ten minute drive to either Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, a four minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles, and a 15 minute drive to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. The major theme parks are a 30 to 45 minute drive, depending on traffic. The space This is one room TINY HOUSE with a twin size trundle bed. There is a kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave, but no stove or oven. You may request a hot plate or griddle. There is a small table for two. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. We can also provide bicycles, a crib, Pack & Play, and high chair for children, and flotation if you are going to the springs. Just ask if you need them. A second mattress pulls out from beneath the first to make a second twin size bed, or push them together for a king size bed. IF YOU PULL OUT THE TRUNDLE BED TO DOUBLE THE SIZE OF THE BED to a king bed, IT FILLS THE WHOLE ROOM! You will have just enough room to walk around the bed, but nothing more. With the bed pulled out, there is no space for luggage, except in the kitchenette area. It is easy to roll out and raise the second half of the trundle bed. We do not pull it out for you because it would fill the room. We leave it as a single twin bed, to make it easy for you and your luggage to move around. If you want help pulling it out (maybe you have not seen this kind of bed before) just ask us for help on the app. One of us is usually able to respond fairly quickly. Please, NO SMOKING INSIDE NO PETS NO PARTIES OR EVENTS For a crib, high chair or Pack 'n Play, please REQEUST IN ADVANCE. Guest access You will park in the grass in front of the house. The house is a short drive from the paved road. Other things to note If you will go to the springs and would like to borrow flotation, please ask us. We have a little inflatable rafts and donuts which we share among our AirBnBs. If you ask, we can also provide bicycles. For children, we can provide a crib, high chair, and a Pack-n-Play. REMEMBER: This is a TINY house. If you pull out the trundle bed to double the size of the bed for two people, it FILLS THE WHOLE HOUSE so that you have just barely enough room to walk around the bed. You must then put your luggage in the kitchenette. A word about the photos. They are 100% real, taken with my cell phone, but please understand that wide angle photos (which are required to capture the whole room) make a room look bigger than it is. You may walk in and think, "this is not as big as it looks in the photos!" We are not trying to trick you, but the photos might be! The whole home is less than 200 sq. ft. ALLERGY NOTE: We have six cats and one little dog who roam outdoors around our group of AirBnBs., all friendly You are welcome to enjoy them. We don't invite them into the AirBnBs but we cannot promise that they didn't get in for a few minutes now and then.
