On the edge of Lingen village, with beautiful countryside views, a first floor double bedroom with private shower room/WC (ground floor). Private use of snug sitting room with log-burner, and piano! Shared use of kitchen and gardens. The accommodation is pet friendly (there is one resident aged hound!). Dogs will need to sleep downstairs in the sitting room. Village pub within walking distance, and plenty of beautiful countryside to explore straight out the door. The space The accommodation is within a former village school house (the part the teacher used to live in!), it's been my family home for 30 years. The light and spacious bedroom is on the first floor, and a snug sitting room for your private use is beneath it on the ground floor. You'll have access to a sunny paved patio and lawned gardens (shared). Guest access Access will be via a shared entrance hallway, then private stairs to the bedroom. During your stay I will be around to meet and greet you when you first arrive, and show you to your accommodation. I'll be happy to offer advice on places to visit and things to see if you want.
