The space Enter the apartment into an open-plan kitchen/dining living space featuring ultra stylish polished concrete flooring and wall-mounted reverse-cycle air con. The kitchen comes equipped with a medium sized fridge, 4-burner electric cooktop and under-bench oven, microwave and a tall table with stools. There’s also a combined Haier washing machine/clothes dryer. The lounge area has a comfy L-shaped sofa, a rug for winter comfort and a wall-mounted 50” ‘smart’ TV. A flight of stairs takes you up to the loft bedroom which is carpeted and offers a queen-sized bed, its own wall-mounted TV, a ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes with lots of space and a door to a small balcony overlooking the interior hall of the building. The ensuite bathroom has a roomy shower recess and a heat lamp. Other things to note * Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. * Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately. * Extra $20/night will be charged for guests after 2 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared. *If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies. *After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking. * Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals by MaisonNets and is not a hotel.
