Other things to note * **About This Property:** Please remember that this is a private apartment specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel. * **Guest Verification:** For the security of our guests and property, you will be asked to complete a simple ID verification through our partner, Truvi, before we are able to provide you with your check in information. This helps us comply with local regulations and ensures a smooth check-in for you. * **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to strata and government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties. * **Check-in Process:** This property has either a lockbox or digital door lock or both. These details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. * **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay.
