We also have a washer/dryer for our in-house guests. We are right next to the Wink Hotel & in walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and bars. The space Our professionally designed apartment has been designed for short to medium-term stays. There's a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, spacious bathroom with bathtub, and work desk and chair. This first floor unit also has a big, open balcony where you can sit and read a book or sip your morning coffee. The cafe has a chill and cozy vibe. In addition, all guests can use the front-loading washer and dryer on the ground floor. Our unit is on the 1st floor and is one of seven units in the building. Access is via stairs. The building is in a quiet alley in central Saigon next to the Wink Hotel. You will find many cafes, restaurants, shopping and bars on the nearby streets of Nguyen Van Thu and along the canal street (Hoang Sa). If this room is not available for your dates, we have 6 other units at this location. Please contact us directly and we can help you book a stay. Guest access Guests will have the entire unit to themselves, including bathroom, kitchen and coffee bar. The only shared amenity is the washer/dryer which is located on the ground floor. Other things to note - As required by Vietnamese law, all guests must provide travel documentation prior to checkin, including passport/visa/entry stamp for foreigners and CCCD for Vietnamese. This unit is on the 1st floor accessible by stairs and is one of 7 units in the building. - Guests will walk through the cafe to get to the stairs. The building is open 24 hours a day. - There is no elevator. If you need assistance with luggage, please inform our hosts. - Please contact us before booking if you plan to conduct any commercial activities at our unit, including photoshoots or filming. + An additional fee will apply and we will inform you the amount when we understand the nature of the activity. + Fees start from 3,000,000 VND and will go up depending on the crew size, duration and the nature of the activity.
