Gracemere Farmstead Family Wing

Come and stay at Gracemere Farmstead for a very memorable farm stay experience. We are a 100 acre family operated, working farm just 15 minutes from Casino and 25 minutes from Lismore. Stay in comfort in our Family Wing with plenty of room for the family. With 3 bedrooms, this unit is also very suitable for groups of workers. Join us every morning and enjoy a complimentary animal feeding tour providing everyone with the opportunity to enjoy the farm life and interact with the animals. The space 3 separate bedrooms all with double beds and with a small TV. 1st bedroom contains a double bed and two bunks suitable for smaller children. 2nd bedroom contains a double bed and a single stretcher bed. 3rd bedroom opens directly onto the verandah and has a double bed and single stretcher bed. Access to ensuite is via the covered verandah. Private ensuite shared between three bedrooms. Unit is attached to the house but separated with locked door, own entrance. Kitchenette with small fridge, sink and eating utensils. Located on the verandah just outside the Family Wing. Cooking can be done in the well equipped Camp Kitchen. Enjoy being immersed in nature by taking a walk around the farm, enjoying the picturesque sunsets and local birdlife. Bring your own wood and enjoy having your own campfire in our communal fire pit. Doesn't everyone love to cook over a campfire? You may even enjoy roasting some marshmallows. Other things to note We are a working farm so there is potential for some noise. We also ask that guests do not enter into any paddocks or brooder area unless they are on the farm tour to keep our guests and the farm animals safe. There is electric fencing used on the property. We are a completely off-grid property unconnected to the grid. This means: You can charge small electronic devices like your mobile phone, but it’s best to conserve power as much as possible as the battery storage is limited. You won’t want to run out of power at night. All units are equipped with ceiling fans. The Guest Wing has ducting from the main house’s wood fire to take the chill off the air. The Farmstay unit has a gas heater. The East Wing has a wood fire (BYO wood). We have a well-equipped Camp Kitchen for guests to use (no cooking in the units). The Camp Kitchen has a large gas oven and cooktop, washing-up facilities, picnic tables and firepit area. Please BYO firewood. Why not kick back and roast some marshmallows around the fire pit? Sit back and relax at night and gaze at the rural star filled sky. When there has been limited sunshine the generator will come on. Occasionally during the night the power may go off and will not go back on till early morning. You may like to bring a torch just in case! Registration Details Exempt
