Cozy 1-room apartment near Köln & Nature

Hi there, we are a young family with small kids and a cat. We offer a basement 1-room apartment, with: + separate entrance + a small kitchen and full bathroom +free parking directly in front of the house + room temperature in Summer stays around 25°C 3mins drive to highway A61. 15mins drive to Köln Weiden P&R, where you can take subway and train directly to the Stadium, Neumarkt, Heumarkt & Köln Messe/Hbf. 22mins drive to Phantasialand. For family with kids: spielplatz 5mins by feet. The space 🗺️ Our property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood a bit outside Cologne. Other cities like Düsseldorf, Aachen and Mönchengladbach are reachable within 30 to 40 mins by car. 🏡 The apartment is on the basement floor of our house, around 26 square meter. 🚗 Free parking directly in front of our house. 🛏️The apartment has one normal double bed (140x200cm). One sofa bed (changed to Ikea Utaker bed 90x200cm as of June 18th 2026). *baby travel bed/crib can be provided for free upon request. Size is 60x120cm with Träumland mattress. 🛁Towels are provided. 💤Floor heating is on from October to March, in addition there is a mobile electric heater. 💻Working table (no monitors) with high speed internet for remote workers. 🔑We like to greet our guests in person. If that is not possible sometimes, we do have a self check-in lock for your convenience. Supermarkt & Bakery: 5mins by feet to Netto. Bank: 5mins by feet. Restaurants: multiple within few minutes by car. Other things to note !!!!!!!!!!IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!! 1. For sensitive sleepers: there is a locked door between the apartment and the rest of the house. We have increased sound insulation of this door, but you might be able to hear some noises in early morning (7 to 8am) when the children are up. Please pay attention to this before your booking. 2. For 3 guests, we only host families with kids. Normally we don't host 3 adults.
