Surfside Retreat - EV & Pet friendly home

Enjoy a relaxing break in this peaceful and centrally located home. This cosy two bedroom home backs onto a parkside reserve where you can take long walks and view the local wildlife. Take a short walk to Lake Reeve, Lake Victoria or the 90 Mile Surf Beach. There is ample parking with an undercover carport and a long flat driveway where you can park a caravan or your boat after you have enjoyed a day on the lake. Small dogs are welcome as there is a small enclosed back yard. The space Our cosy home has a rustic, homely feel with a timber lined vaulted ceiling and features. There is a wood heater to relax in front of on cold winter days, and a split system air conditioner / heater to ensure you are comfortable during your stay. The two cosy bedrooms lead off the main living area and one hosts a queen bed, while the other has a double. There is a bathroom with shower and vanity, laundry including a washing machine and separate toilet. The home has a well appointed kitchen with lots of appliances to make your stay easy. The dining room comfortably seats 4 people. Meals can be cooked in the well appointed kitchen or on the bbq located on the back deck. There is a long verandah to sit on to watch the local wildlife and enjoy the bush at the rear of the property. Take the opportunity to digitally detox as we don't have wifi. All linen and bedding is supplied for your convenience. Small dogs are welcome however the fence enclosing the back yard is only 1mt high, making it suitable for smaller dogs only. Sorry, but no cats but we do not accept cats. This home provides the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. This property has a newly installed Type 2 ev charger for those who wish to recharge their car. There is a one off $15 charging fee so let us know if you wish to use the charger. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole property, including the long driveway, enclosed back yard, undercover car park and house. Guests can also walk in the reserve at the side and rear of the property which leads to Lake Reeve and the National Park. Other things to note Phone reception can be a bit sketchy at Loch Sport during busy times. Optus has poor reception and there is limited Vodaphone available. Telstra provides the best reception. There is NO wifi so guests will need to hotspot to the smart TV. Loch Sport is renowned for mozzies so don't forget your repellent.
