The space The Saloon 3 -story townhouse has 1903 sf of living space; 350 sq ft office is on the first floor; 2nd floor offers an open-air design with fully-equipped kitchen, new-appliances, large granite island, coffee station with Keurig coffeemaker with a selection of coffees and teas, cookware, cooking condiments, and more, cozy dining and living room with 52” smart TV, and outdoor balcony. Third-floor has 2 master bedrooms with a king bed and ensuite bathroom; second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom; both bedrooms have walk-in closets, 45" LED smart TVs with streaming; all beds have new memory mattresses. There are 1-2 bathrooms on every floor and washer and dryer and attached 2-car garage. Guest have complete and private use of the entire townhouse. All adults staying in the townhouse must be identified. Driver’s license or government photo ID are required. Living and dining room and full kitchen are on the 2nd floor, 350-sf office is on the 1st floor. There are bathrooms on every floor. Children: Townhouse may not be suitable for children as there is not an outdoor play area. The outdoor balconies are not safe for children left unattended. Dogs non-shedders 20-lbs or less are allowed upon approval with additional occupancy and cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed. Printer/scanner available for $25 fee. Additional charges: Additional cleaning fees for 3 or more people. $100 fee for missing garage door opener. Cleaning fees for missing or stained towels, linens and stained fabric furnishings and rugs, excess dirty towel and sheets-bed covers. All adults staying in the townhouse must be identified.
