Drive 20 minutes to the Geelong surfcoast (Ocean Grove & Torquay). The space Feel like you are on holidays! This lovely 110 year old property has some creaks, plenty of comfort, and lots of space. Park in the private driveway or in the unlimited free parking out the front, step through the front gate, a few steps across the river rocks, up and onto the front patio and into your home for the night. Open the front door and you are greeted by two spacious bedrooms, each with new queen mattresses, 1500 thread count sheets, plenty of pillows, bedside tables and garment racks. Next is a large open kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee plunger, toaster, kettle, Brita filtered water, and basic amenities. The bathroom comes with a double shower, vanity, LED make-up mirror, and toilet. The laundry comes with a washing machine & detergent, an ironing board & iron and clothes rack with pegs. Next is a huge entertainment area with a four piece modular white leather couch, tv with Amazon Firestick (you will need an Amazon account to login), coffee table, board games and a six seater dining table and chairs. Walk outside onto a generous wooden porch with comfy outdoor furniture to have a quiet wine overlooking the backyard which has plenty of space for kids to run around, play bocce, or to kick a soccer ball.
