The space Relax and rest in this quiet and stylish open- plan apartment and the building’s beautiful garden, located in a quiet residential area. There is an open-plan living room with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area separated by a large shelving unit, and a separate bathroom. There is a parking spot in the front yard, and you will have access to the building's private, beautiful and spacious backyard garden. The apartment is located on the lower ground floor of the building / semi-basement. There is Wi-Fi, Netflix, air-conditioning & heating. AMENITIES: - Living/dining room: 32’’ TV , Netflix, USB/Bluetooth radio/speaker, office desk, dining table for 2-4 people, sofa-bed fir a third guest. - Kitchen: Small cooker, small fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, sandwich griller, food chopper, utensils, coffee, tea, olive oil and basic condiments. - Sleeping area: Queen-size bed (1.60m wide), 2 kinds of pillows, bedding, towels, bathrobes and slippers, full-size mirror, iron & board. - Bathroom: Bathtub with shower, washing machine, hair dryer, handsoap, earbuds, handsoap and toilet paper. We also provide high quality "Olive Care" amenities that will make you feel pampered: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & body lotion, dental sets etc. Sleeping arrangement is: 1 double bed for 2, sofabed for 1 (linen upon request) and 1 folding bed (upon request). Other things to note According to the greek law, short-term rentals pay for environmental tax 8€/night for months April to October, 2€/night for months November to March. If this tax is not automatically included in your total payment, you will need to pay the difference in cash on checkout. Mobile phones might have weak signal inside the apartment. We have installed an additional antenna to improve GSM reception but still some connections might not work properly. WiFi works very well over two different connections and we believe that most of your communication needs will be met. Τhe apartment is a semi-basement, descending 6 steps at the entrance.
