Cozy chic apartment, close to the fair, conveniently located and with parking. In this apartment, you can rest and relax. There is a balcony and a bathtub, as well as a small kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix. In 10-15 minutes you can take the city train to the fair or to the city center. Parking in the underground garage is possible. Shopping is available. Aircraft noise is to be expected at times. It's not a newly renovated apartment, so please don't expect perfection. The space This inviting apartment welcomes you in the hallway, where you can put down your belongings and find an open wardrobe. On the right is the bathroom with a bathtub. In the large room you have a comfortable bed on the right side. A desk is also waiting for you. Diagonally to the left is the open second room with a pull-out couch. Opposite you have the kitchen just for you. In the main room there is a bar table where you will find tea, coffee, cookies and water and which you are welcome to use. Netflix is pre-installed on the smart TV for your series. Not to forget the balcony where you can drink coffee or tea. You should also only smoke on the balcony. On the balcony, you should be considerate of the neighborhood and behave quietly. Enjoy your almost 40 square meter apartment. P.S. The apartment is located on a flight path. So, air traffic is sometimes to be expected in the evening hours. The extent depends on the weather conditions. It's not that bad; or you can just close the windows. The apartment is not newly renovated. Please accept small flaws. Guest access The apartment is located on the Olpener Str. 121 in Cologne Höhenberg. You ring the bell at check-in at -Hollenbach- and take the elevator to the 4th floor. From the elevator, turn left, right side of the hallway, first door on the left. My co-host Elvi will welcome you, give you the keys and briefly show you the apartment. If you need a parking space, let me know beforehand.
